Have you ever wondered how some believers always seem to have it together no matter what is happening in their lives? They can be experiencing the most excruciating moment in time, something happening that we just know will take them out; but yet they appear cool as a cucumber. Don’t Panic, God’s Got This!
Do Not Underestimate GOD
One thing that those of us who believe and confess Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior must learn and hold close is – nothing happens unless God allows it to happen. Look at Job in the Bible. He lost his children, his worldly possessions, and then his own health and strength. Everything that he experienced was because God allowed the devil to interrupt his life. Take note that although the devil was allowed to interrupt Job’s life, he was not allowed to kill him. And at the end of the day, Job finally realized who God was and is – Job’s journey brought him into a realness with God that he had not had before, making him spiritually stronger. https://cartoonistbible.com/overview/job-overview/
Let us not make the mistake of thinking that we know what God can and cannot do, limiting Him according to our own humanity. The God of the Bible is bigger and more powerful than all our finite minds put together will ever be able to comprehend. And so, no matter what is going on in our lives, we need to remember as hard as it may be, Don’t Panic, God’s Got This!
Whoever would have thought that Samson would recover? He made a whole lot of mistakes – trusting women who didn’t care about him, giving over his spiritual blessings to enjoy human pleasures. But at the end – blind, chained to two pillars, people drinking and partying all around him, making fun of him, he cried out to God. O Lord God, Remember me . . . And God remembered. https://www.gotquestions.org/life-Samson.html
When Trouble Comes, Don’t Panic!
Samson brought his trouble upon himself through disobedience. Job’s trouble came about because he was obedient. Regardless as to why these two were in their situations, they both had to depend upon God to help them out of their dilemmas. And it was not always easy. The Bible records some hard conversations that Job had with God and Samson’s final prayer asked God to remember him. But they talked to God during their times of trouble because whether they realized it or not, there was still a quiet confidence deep inside of them that God would respond. https://godhasspokenministries.com/2026/01/12/the-secret-to-facing-life/
Remaining Calm in the Storm
Some of you reading this conversation are experiencing life as you never thought you would. This is not the time to lash out or reject God. This is the time that you bear down and say for God I live and for God I die. Give God a chance to help you!
The songwriter proclaimed, And He walks with me and He talks with me and He tells me I am His own, and the joy we share as we tarry there none other has ever known. When you are His own, you have a loving Savior that you can call upon in every situation. God’s not going anywhere so don’t you go anywhere either. Remember, Don’t Panic, God’s Got This!
